But I don’t want one with 10 different IPAs either – just good classic styles. Any recommendation? Band of Bohemia (http://www.bandofbohemia.com/), a Michelin-starred brewpub. Moody Tongue (https://www.moodytongue.com/home), culinary inspired beers. Forbidden Root (http://forbiddenroot.com/), botanical inspired beers (Randy Mosher involvement). On Tour Brewing (https://ontourbrewing.com/), new place that sounds interesting that I haven’t been to yet. January 25, 2018 at 3:20 PM #4777 Paul MillerParticipant Thanks Peter. Band of Bohemia’s beers sound pretty neat. Know anything about Vice District? I’m liking their tap list. Contact Keith directly; he’s been to more of the random Chicago places than I have. Author Posts Log In Register Lost Password You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
