I want to learn to make spirits. I live in Indonesia and besides being
expensive it's getting harder and harder to find. I've found some articles on
line but what I haven't found are people with experience. I hope I can find
that here.
One thing about Indonesia, it's fertile. Plenty of sugar cane, potatoes,
fermentables of all kinds and also spices, but if you know anything about Asia
and history you know about the spice trade.
I need to learn to do everything from scratch. No pre-made anything. I don't
know where I'm going to source yeast from yet.
Any one up to helping me?
